Refunds
How we handle refunds across all Eden Digital apps
Last updated: 19 May 2026
The short version
If our software isn’t right for you, you get your money back.
Every Eden Digital app has a sensible refund policy that fits how that app is sold (one-time, subscription, etc.). The terms vary by product. Look up the specific policy for each app below.
Our refund principles
These apply across every product we publish. The specific window and process depend on the product, but the principles are the same everywhere:
- A real refund, not store credit. We refund the original payment method through Paddle. No vouchers, no “keep trying for another month”.
- No interrogation. If you’re inside the refund window, you get the refund. We’d love to know why so we can improve — but you don’t have to tell us.
- Self-service where it’s safe to be. Where we can offer one-click refunds without exposing the system to abuse (one-time purchases, where the licence is revocable), we do. For subscriptions, the process is still fast but goes through a form so we can manage proration correctly.
- Outside the window? Still ask. Refunds outside the standard window are reviewed case-by-case. If something genuinely broke or the product isn’t fit for purpose, we’ll do the right thing.
Per-product refund policies
Dicta
One-time purchase14-day no-questions-asked refund. Self-service via a secure link in your licence email — one click, refund processed by Paddle, licence revoked. Outside the 14 days, contact support and we’ll consider the request.

Coming soonWhen new apps launch, their specific refund policy will appear here and on the app’s own page. Subscription products generally support cancel-any-time, with refunds available within the first billing period.
How to request a refund
Use the self-service link in your original licence/purchase email where available. If you no longer have the email, or you’re outside the standard window, email [email protected] from the address you purchased with and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Your statutory rights
Our refund policies are in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights as a consumer. UK consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. EU consumers retain their rights under EU consumer law. Nothing in our refund policies limits those rights.
